Priyanka Joseph is an Industrial & Systems Engineering student at Georgia Tech, specializing in supply chain, product management, and operations. She is currently a co-op at L’Oréal’s Professional Products Division under the Operations Divison, optimizing logistics, automation, and distribution for global beauty brands.

She is also a Rare Beauty Impact Ambassador, where she led the #RareReflections campaign—an initiative amplifying mental health storytelling. Her work reached millions, culminating in a presentation before Katie Welch, Rare Beauty’s Chief Marketing Officer, and earning recognition from Selena Gomez. She has been featured in Peoples Magazine, Seventeen Magazine, and on Entertainment Tonight.

Priyanka has also explored consulting and venture capital, applying her expertise in supply chain and operational strategy to help businesses scale efficiently. She was honored with the Woman Who Inspires award at L’Oréal and is currently building a platform to support young women in Industrial Engineering, fostering mentorship, career development, and leadership opportunities.

Her work has been highlighted in industry panels, and she has spoken on topics ranging from operational efficiency to gender equity in STEM. Priyanka is dedicated to bridging gaps in supply chain, strategy, and innovation—leveraging her expertise to drive impact at scale.
